Through the skull interface, regular data collection is conducted on anesthetized rats, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This data includes impedance values for each channel and electromyography (EMG) data during the running state of the rats. The main equipment used for this purpose includes an LCR digital bridge, a high-density electrophysiological recording system, and a rat treadmill, among others.
Acquisition equipment: High Density Biopotential Signal Collector; LCR Digital Bridge; Rat running wheel
Data on electromyographic signals, signal-to-noise ratios, impedance, and other relevant measurements were collected internally from rats with multi-channel fiber electrodes, stainless steel wire electrodes, and thin film electrodes implanted for 43 weeks.
